This letter is to provide information concerning admittance of additional NRC personnel to your facilities, and is in addition to our letter of May 18, 1979.

The enclosure to this letter indicates those NRC Region II personnel for whom a permanent non-employee, no escort required picture badge as authorized by 10 CFR 73.55(d) (5) is requested.

We request that a site orientation relevant to the issuance of badges, escort duties and emergency evacuation be afforded the individual listed in Enclosure 1 if such training has not previously been provided.

The enclosure to this letter is effective upon receipt and will be routinely update.

Should you have any questions concerning this matter, we will be happy to discuss them with you.
