[.;Je have been advi sect by the NRR review staff that this is a separate request from your November 22!) 1977 suhmittal, and, as such, is considered a new appli-c~tibn rather thin a supplement to the one in November 1977. Therefore,* it is sub,j ect to the fee requi rernents of 1 O CFR 170. 22.
