Change in Signature Authority With this letter, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) is informing the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) of a change that took effect on April 1, 2018. MHI is making this adjustment because of personnel transfers.

Mr. Atsushi Kumaki, previously the Engineering Manager, Global Nuclear Project Department, Nuclear Energy Systems Division, Power Systems, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd., has transferred to MHI Nuclear Systems Solution Engineering Ltd. I, Takayuki Mori, am the new Engineering Manager, Global Nuclear Project Department, Nuclear Energy Systems Division, Power Systems, at MHI and now represent MHI in all matters related to the NRC. Consequently, I am the main point of contact and have signature authority after April 1, 2018.
