SUMMARY
A teleconference was held between NRC, Portland General Electric (POE) and Holtec International (Holtec) representatives to discuss the draft technical RA Is on the Trojan lSFSl renewal application, which were provided to POE on March 28, 2018. A list of the participants is provided on page two.
The purpose of the call was to: (I) ensure a common understanding of the RAis; (2) ensure that the RAls are not already addressed in the current submittal; and (3) establish an appropriate response date for PGE to respond to the RAls.
The participants came to a common understanding on all RAls except one where the NRC technical reviewer was unavailable for the call. During the phone call, POE asked for six months to respond to the RAls, though noted there may be some provided in an earlier batch. The tentative response date would be in the end of October.

The participants identified a follow-up action to identify the intent of the single RAI that was not fully clear and to have a follow up teleconference to come to a common understanding.
