Dear Mr. McMahon:
May 11, 1999 On April 7, 1999, the NRC administered a generic fundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to an employee of your facility. Enclosed with this letter are copies of both forms of the examination, including answer keys, the grading results for your facility, and a copy of the individual's answer sheet. One indiviqual from Salem 1 and 2 was administered the examination and passed the examination.
Please forward the result to the individual along with the copy of the answer sheets. A "P" in the column labeled RESULTS indicates a passing grade of 80 percent or better on the GFE. Those individuals having an "F" in the RESULTS column failed the examination.
