This letter modifies previous NRC letter dated October 11, 1996, which arranged scheduled dates for a voluntary pilot examination and our planned licensed operator requalification program inspection. In subsequent discussions between Messrs. T. 0.
McKernon and J.. Welsch it was determined that because of changes to your planned outage schedule our licensed operator requalification program inspection will be conducted during the week of April 14, 1997. The voluntary pilot examination will continue to be conducted during the week of April 21, 1997. Your staff should furnish the requested information in accordance with the schedule discussed in our prior correspondence.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Mr. Welsch has been advised of the proposed schedule changes and requests for information. If you have any questions regarding the NRC's examination procedures and guidelines or the licensed requalification program inspection guidelines, please contact Tom McKernon at 817-860-8153.
