The NRC received the attached January 10, 1997 letter in which you acknowledge receipt of our December 11, 1996 letter that communicated the results of our enforcement decision in which the NRC chose to not take any action against you as an indiviqual. The NRC plans no further action on this matter. In your January 11, 1997 letter, you requested that a copy of your January 11, 1997 letter, as well as a.
