NRC INSPECTION NO. 50-272/95-16; 50-311/95-16
Dear Mr. Eliason:
An announced safety inspection of the radiation control program at your
facility was conducted by Mr. J. Noggle of this office on August 7-11, 1995.
The inspection was pursuant to activities authorized by NRC License Nos.
Discussions of our inspection findings were held by Mr. J.
Noggle with Mr. T. DiGuiseppi and other members of your staff on August 11,
1995.

Areas reviewed during the inspection are important to health and safety and
are discussed in the enclosed inspection report.
The areas reviewed included:
audits and assessments, radiation control operations, radiation
instrumentation, dosimetry, and respiratory protection.
The inspection identified that overall the radiation control program elements
that were reviewed were of very good quality. Minor areas for improvement are
identified in several areas and are described in the attached report.
No
safety concerns or violations of regulatory requirements were observed and no
response to this letter is required.
