Dear Mr. Eliason:
Enclosed is a letter from Susan D. C. O'Neill, Acting Chairperson, Regional Assistance Committee, FEMA Region II, dated June 26, 1995, transmitting the FEMA Region II PEA for the May 24, 1994 exercise.
There were one Deficiency identified during the exercise which was remediated
, March 23, 1995. There were three Areas Requiring Corrective Action and one Planning Is~ue identified during the exercise. Please provide assistance to offsite officials to address and resolve the identified items, as appropriate, if this has not already been done.
