CORRECTION TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION (INSERVICE TESTING
INSPECTION 94-21)
Dear Mr. Eliason:
Our letter, dated November 30, 1994, erroneously referenced PECO Energy
Company instead of Public Seryice Electric and Gas Company on Page 3 of the
enclosed (corrected) Notice of Violatidn.
We also added a reference to the
NRC staff's safety evaluation regarding an exemption to the ASME Code for
partial disassembly of certain check valves in accordance w1th NRC Generic
Letter 89-04, "Guidance on Developing Acceptable Inservice Testing Programs."
A corrected page is provided in the attachment to this letter.
We apologize
for this oversight.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practices," a copy of
this letter and the enclosed Notice will be placed in the NRC Public Document
Room.
