By letter dated February 3, 1994 /.'Publ:ic<s~rv.ice]':E:°iectric and Gas Company submitted the subject license change request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The proposed amendment modifies the Technical Specification 2. 2, Limiting Safety System Settings, Table 2.2-1 Reactor Trip System Instrumentation Setpoints, Functional Unit 12 Loss of Flow. It also modifies the Technical Specification 3.2.5, Power Distribution Limits, Table 3.2 DNB Parameters.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Energy's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the above amendment in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.91(b) and has no co:mments.
