SUBJECT: EXAMINATION REPORT NOS. 50-272/311 91-31(0L)
During the week of December 16, 1991, the NRC administered licensing examinations to 11
employees of your company who either were seeking a license or already have a, license to
. operate the Salem Generating Stations Units 1 and 2. This evaluation addressed areas
important to public health and safety and was conducted in accordance with Revision 6 to .
NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examiner Standards. At the conclusion of the
examinations, generic issues that evolved as a result of the examination were discussed with
those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and.
the enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
