The amount of overtime worked by plant staff members performing safety-related functions must be limited in accordance with the NRC Policy Statement on working hours (Generic Letter No. 82-12) **

ADMlNlSTRATlVE CONTROLS 6.2.3 SHIFT TECHNICAL ADVISOR 6.2.3.l *The Shift T@chnical Advisor shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Shift Supervisor on matters pertaining to the engineering aspects assuring safe operation of the unit.

6."2.3.2 The Shift Technical Advisor shall have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a scientific: or engineering discipline with specific training in plant design and response and analysis of the plant for transients and accidents.

6.4.2 A training program for the-Fire Brigade shall be maintained under the direction of the Manager
