EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-272/89-12 (OL-RQ) & 50-311/89-11 (OL-RQ)
On May 17, 1989, the NRC administered and observed the performance of one
employee who had applied for a renewal of his license to operate Salem Units
1 and 2.
This examination was conducted in conjunction with your training
facility
1 s annual requalification examination.
At the conclusion of the
examination, the preliminary findings were discussed with training and opera-
tions representatives of your staff.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commissions 1 s regulations, a copy of
this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
