We have received a copy of your application dated February ll, 1987, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.

This application requests NRC review and approval of the use of a topical report titled, "CNSI Dewatering Control Process Containers" as a process control program at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.

The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application.

Therefore, it is requested that the Authority remit the application fee of $ 150 for your February ll, 1987 request.

The Authority will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
