relative to the recently issued

course of this review, we evaluated your letter dated February 13, 1987, which
formally submits changes to your response (dated November 7, 1986 and December
15, 1986) to the subject Inspection Reports discussed at a meeting held in the
Region I office on February 3, 1987 at your request.
