By a letter dated May 4, 1988, this office acknowledged receipt of your letter dated April 28, 1988 and a check in payment for the civil penalty proposed by NRC in a letter dated March 29, 1988.
Our letter incorrectly identified the amount of the check as $100,000 instead of the amount actually received which was $50,000.
In a telephone call on May 11, 1988, a member of my staff informed John Balletto of PSE&G Licensing of this error.
I regret any inconvenience this error may have caused.
