Artificial Island Exercise Reports Enclosed is the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) report of offsite preparedness for the November 12, 1986 radiological emergency preparedness exercise at the Artificial Island Site, Hope Creek Nuclear Generating Power Station, Hancocks Bridge, New Jersey. It is FEMA's finding and determination that there is reasonable assurance that offsite preparedness in the New Jersey portion of the Artificial Island EPZ is adequate to protect the health and safety of the public.
