SAFETY PARAMETER DISPLAY SYSTEM SALEM GENERATING STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 During past discussions with Mr. A. Nolan, he expressed a concern regarding the power supply for the computer peripherals of the Safety Parameter Display System (SPDS).
As a result of those conversations, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) committed to install redundant isolation breakers in series on the power supply.
This letter documents that commitment and to inform you that the redundant breaker has already been installed for vital bus "C" and will be provided for vital bus "B" prior to declaring the SPDS operational.
