We have scheduled what may be our last meeting on this subject for Wednesday, September 25, at 1:00 p.m., at the site.
In order for us to fully understand the impact and results of the Action Plan, we request that you provide the following information for each Action Plan item at the meeting:
Problems identified in the Action Plan review.
Recommended corrective actions arising from the review.
Actual planned actions, and basis therefor, including justification for rejecting or deferring recommendations of the Action Plan groups.
This format has already been discussed by Mr. T. Kenny with yourself and with Mr. Schultz of your staff.
If you have any questions with regard to this proposed agenda, please contact me.
