CORRECTION TO REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT FACILITY OPERATING LICENSES UNIT NOS. 1 AND*2 SALEM GENERATING STATION DOCKET NOS. 50-272 AND 50-311 This submittal consists of the correction of a typographical omission in our amendment request (LCR 84-24) submitted in our letter dated October 26, 1984.
The correction adds two Member/Vice Chairmen and three audit functions inadvertently left out of Sections 6.5.1.2, SORC COMPOSITION and 6.5.2.4.2, AUDITS (OFF SITE REVIEW GROUP) respectively.
Pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR50.91, a copy of this corrected request for amendment has been sent to the State of New Jersey as indicated below.
