The petition has been treated pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206 of the Commission's regulations.
The petition requested that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission order Public Service Electric and Gas *Company to show cause why it should not
- be restrained from restarttng the Salem.facilities until iit had taken certain actions related to th~ ~auses of the reactor circuit-trip breaker failures of February 22 and 25, *1993 at the Salem Unit l facility.
In addition, the Public Advocate requested that the licensee be required to demonstrate certain.actions before an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in response to the* show cause order.
