This additional SRO would be designated Shift Supervisor - Engineer (::SS:{E} and would also fulfill the requirements of the Shift Technical Advisor.
On the basis of the information you have provided, we consider a SS-E to be an acceptable equivalent to a STA.
You sho*Jld revise the Salem Technical Specifications accordingly.
