We have reviewed your October 14, 1981 response to generic letter 81-04 regarding emergency procedures and training for station blackout events.
Our r'eview was to confirm that the subject procedures and training either currently exist or will be implemented on an acceptable schedule at your plants. Our review did not include an evaluation of the details provided in your response beyond that necessary to confirm the above.
You indicated that procedures and training for station blackout will be implemented at your plants by December 31 9 1981~ We find this implementation schedule acceptable.
