Item 2 Sections 10.3 and 10.4 of the procedure ensure that the test is conducted with a feedwater flow rate which covers the flow rate expected assuming operation of all three auxiliary feedwater pumps (nominally at least 440 gpm per steam generator).
Item 3 The critical pipe hangers, 21FWH-ll-17 and 21FWH-ll-18, which are located in three dimensions with respect to the fixed reference points will be measured prior to, during and after the test, using linear displacement transmitters in X-Y-Z direction (Section 7.2).
Item 4 A pressure transmitter with a time constant less than.039 seconds, which is less than the expected time constant of the shock wave, will be used (Section 7.4).
Item 5 All data recorded during the conduct of procedure will be retained with the procedure at the site for review.
