REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT FACILITY OPERATING LICENSES DPR-70 UNIT NO. 1 SALEM GENERATING STATION DOCKET NOS.
50-272 In accordance with the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended and the regulations thereunder, we hereby transmit copies of our request for amendment of the Facility Operating License DPR-70 for Salem Generating Station, Unit No. 1 This request consists of proposed changes to the Safety Technical Specifications (Appendix A} involving a section pertaining to the Nuclear Review Board.
These changes are administrative in nature.
Therefore, they a;re determined to be a Cla.ss n: amendment as defined by 10CFR 170. 22, and a check for the amount of $1,200 i:s enclosed.

Production RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT April 23, 1981 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE -
DPR-70 The Nuclear Review Board has reviewed the attached Request for Amendment to the Salem Operating License Technical Specification (Appendix A) Ref. LCR-81-06.
Based on its review and the Sta-tion Operation Review Committee's determination that the Amend-ment contains no Unreviewed Safety Questions, the Board recommends approval of the Amendment.
