We have received a copy of your November 20, 1 980 app 11 t<i l filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR)"---.;o'--r--r--:eview.
The application proposed organizational changes to the Technical Specifications for the Salem Nuclear Generating Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, and was accompanied by Classes II and 1 amendment fees totalling $1,600.
The ONRR staff completed their review of this application and issued Amendment No. 31 on January 6, 1981 (for Unit No. 1) and Amendment No. 4 on December 8, 1980 (for Unit No. 2).
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff, as a result of their final rev.iews of your application, it has been determined that a Class III fee of

$2,800 to this office.
As a matter of information, when organizational changes only change names or titles, they are. generally considered to be administrative.
- However, when organizational changes involve changes in lines of responsibility and/or the functions of a position, committee, or department, they are not considered to be administrative in nature.
