The proprietary ma:erial transmitted by the reference letter supplements the proprie~ary ~a~erial previously submitted concerning the environmental qualification of safety-related equipment.
Further, the affidavit submitted to justify the mJt*2rial previously submitted, AH-76-39, \\'las approved. by the Commission on April 15, 1977, and is equally applicable to this materia).
Accordingly, withh>lding the subject material from public disclosure is requested in accorlance with the previously submitted affidavit and appli-cation for \\'lithholJing, A\\*i-76-39, dated August 27, 1976, a copy oJ \\'lhich is attached.
