ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION REVIEW REPORT REVISION 3 NO. 2 UNIT SALEM NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-311 PSE&G hereby submits Revision*3 to its report on Environ-mental Qualification of Class lE Instrumentation and Elec-trical Equipment.
This revision consists of both propri-etary and non-proprietary replacement pages for the report which was submitted to you by letter dated November 26, 1980.
As this submittal contains information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, it is supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse~ the owners of the informa-tion.
The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph {b) (4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
