With respect to your response to Item B, our inspector further discussed our
findings with members of your staff as documented in IE Combined Inspec~ion
Nos. 50-272/80-19 and 50-311/80-14.
Based on a followup review of the status of your corrective actions, full imple-
mentation of these actions should prevent recurrence of the types. of items that
were identified as a result of this inspection.
