QUALITY ASSURANCE_ LIST FOR SALEM 2 In a submittal dated September 9~ 1980, you provided a list of the safety-related structures, systems, and components to which the quality assurance program-applies. The staff has completed its review of that material and con-cluded that it is acceptably complete. Consequently, we request that the quality assurance list provided in your September 99 1980 submittal be incor-porated into the Salem 2 FSAR within 30 days following your receipt of this letter.

The current staff requirements for the quality assurance list do not completely reflect all of the additions or deletions that may result from the TMI-2 acci-dent.

Changes to this list may become necessary in the future, as the staff progresses with implementation of the TMI-2 Action Plan.
