On May 6, 1980, I received a copy of your May 2, 1980 letter to Mr. Henry A. Minch, Acting Executive Secretary, State of Maryland Public Service Commission, regarding, inter alia, the appearance of NRC representatives before that body.,on May 6, 1980, the 'taking of depositions of NRC employees and the submission of pref iled testimony regarding the Salem Nuclear Power Station.
As counsel for the four owners of the Salem Station.
- which includes Delmarva Power & Light Company ("DP&L"),
I would appreciate receiving advance notice of any meetings, conferences, depositions, hearings or appearances involving NRC personnel or the Maryland Public Service Commission relating to the Salem Station, and copies of all testimony, correspondence or other material, whether in draft or in final form, relating to this matter which is sent or re-ceived by the NRC.
