May 29, 1980 On May 13, 1980, the Commission extended the time for consideration of the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation's denial of your request to take certain actions with respect to the storage of spent fuel at the Salem Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1 and 2.
That time period has now elapsed without the Commission taking any action to.review the decision in whole or in part.
Therefore, the decision of the Director, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206(c)(l), is the final agency action in this proceeding.
