Proposed Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating* License No. DPR-70 NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO LICENSEE'S REQUEST FOR OFFICIAL NOTICE On February 14, 1980, Public Service Electric & Gas Co. (Licensee) requested the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) in the above-captioned proceeding to take official notice of "Fact Sheet, the President's Program on Radioactive Waste Management" issued by the White House on February 12, 1980 pursuant to 10 C.F.R. §§2.730 and -2.743(i).

The Staff has no objection to Licensee's request.
