This refers to your letter dated December 20, 1979, in response to our letter
dated November 30, 1979.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented
in your letter. Thes*e actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection
of your licensed program.
With respect to your* comments regarding items A and B, these items are regarded
as additional items of honcompliance rather than extensions of previously identi-
fied items since interim GOrrective and preventive actions are required, as
necessary, to prevent recurrence of these items until the permanent fix can be
implemented.
