SECONDARY WATER CHEMISTRY MONITORING PROGRAM -
SALEM NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNIT 2 In a letter dated December, 1979 you provided information regarding the secondary water chemistry program for Salem Unit 2.
We have reviewed the information and have detennined that in addition to the program you.
propose we require that you monitor the steam condensate at the effluent of the condensate pump.
The basis for this requirement is presented in our evaluation of your program which is attached as an enclosure.
Please infonn us after receipt of this letter of your schedule of providing your intent with regard to our requirement stated above.
