Before we can complete our review we need information in addition to that-which 'you *supplied in your letter of October 27, 1978. Specifically, we request that you sub-*.
stantiate your statement that vibrations have been reduced to an acceptable level by.the use of mechanical dampers.
We are especially interested in quantitative data acquired at such sensitive points as.
pump discharge and discharge headers.
