He have* progressed to a point in our review of this matter where to avoid future delays, we wish to advise you of our position regarding your response to the Office of Inspection and Enforcement Bulletin 79-07.
Our positions and our basis for these positions are presented in our Safety Evaluation which is enclosed.
Accordingly, we request that you amend your FSAR to clearly state your intent regarding compliance with our pos_ition as stated in the enclosed Sflfety.
Evaluation and to incorporate the appropriate information provided in your response to the Off~ce of Inspection and Enforcement Bulletin 79-07.
