This refers to your letter dated April 6, 1979, in response to
our letter dated March 15, 1979.
With regard to Items A and D, it should be noted that it is our
continued understanding, as dtscussed in our letter to you dated
May 18, 1978 and during our meeting at the NRC Region I office
on February 23; 1978, that the plant computer printout records
are the official condenser~ T monitoring records. These are
the records which were provided to our *inspector for his review,
and these records were the bases of these items of noncompliance.
However, these items will be further reviewed during a future
inspection and will be considered unresolved until that time.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive
actions documented in your letter. These actions will be
examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
