Description of Revision/Change EPIP-6, Rev 0051 o Added NPG-SPP-18.3.6, Extended Staffing UnderAbnormat Conditions, to references.

o Made changes to section 3.5, Long Term Operation, to clarify responsibilities and activities during periods when the TSC will be activated for an extended period of time.

o Added section 3.6, Relocation, to give guidance on where to move the TSC, should it be necessary, and what actions should be taken to effect the move.

o Added a note.at the beginning of section 3.6 that states that the plant management function shall be transferred to the control room, should the TSC become uninhabitable.

(NUREG-0696) o Added responsibilities to EP Manager Operational Responsibilities, to establish long term shift rotations when required, deliver messages from families, and assist persJnnel with calling home.

o Revised operational responsibilities of the NRC Coordinator to include direction to obtain and submit Appendices S and U (Plant Parameter and TSC Accident Assessment data sheets) to NRC if ERDS is not operating. (CR 1319022) o Moved TSC Assistant RP Manager and TSC Assistant Chemistry Manager from full staffing positions to call in positions section.

EPIP-7, Rev 0038 o Added guidan_ce on what supplies should be taken when relocating the OSC and direction to inform the TSC of new contact information.

. Added discussion of the OSC Manager performing a reverse brief with teams when time permits prior to dispatch. (CR 1376447) o Added direction to coordinate long term operation efforts with the TSC Ep Manager.

o Added a step for the OSC Teams Coordinator to turn on the staging area monitor and sound bar and verify operability and a step to obtain a radio trom tnl OSC to facilitate communications with teams. (CR 1375669)
