NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-255/98004(DRS))
Dear Mr. Palmisano:
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated June 17, 1998, in response to our letter
dated May 18, 1998, transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with a failure to conduct a

comprehensive written requalification examination for licensed operators at the Palisades Nuclear
Plant. We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time.
These corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
