UPDATED REACTOR VESSEL FLUENCE VALUES - WITHDRAWAL OF AEA TECHNOLOGY EVALUATION MARKED AS PROPRIETARY (PALISADES PLANT)
Dear Mr. Smedley:
By letter of April 4, 1996, you submitted Consumers Power Company's (CPCo's) reevaluations of Palisades fluence data. Attachment 3, an AEA Report, AEAT-0121, "Fluence Calculations for the Palisades Plant," dated April 1996 that was marked as proprietary and restricted commercial data, was withheld from public disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(a)(4). The staff requested that CPCo submit an affidavit to support the withholding of this report.
By letter dated April 26, 1996, you responded to this request with a corrected page 1 to Attachment 1 and a resubmittal of the AEA report with the proprietary markings removed allowing the report to be placed into the NRC Public Document Room.
Your letter also requested that the inappropriately marked Attachment 3 to the April 4, 1996, letter be withdrawn in its entirety.
Because this attachment has been withdrawn and is superseded by your April 26, 1996, submittal, the Commission deems the original version of AEA Report AEAT-0121 no longer relevant and has approp.rfately destroyed the original and distributed copies.
