EXAMINATION REPORT
Dear Mr. Palmisano:
On January 17, 1996, the NRC admini~tered simulator r~take examinations to employee$ of your organization who had applied for licenses to operate your Palisades Nuclear Power Plant.
At the conclusion of the examination preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and ~he enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
