NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT
NO. 50-255/94013)
Dear Mr. Palmisano:
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated October 28,
1994 in response to our letter dated September 30, 1994,
transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with emergency
6perating procedures (EOPs) -at the Palisades Nuclear Generating
Plant.
As.part of your corrective actions, an evaluation was to
be performed to determine if further guidance was necessary in
the administrative procedure which controls the EOP program ..
Based on discussions with Mr. Paul J. Gire of your staff on
November 7 and 14, 1994; we understand the results of this
evaluation will be submitted to the NRC by December 9, 1994.
The
acceptability of your proposed corrective actions will be
evaluated at that time.
