Enclosed are six license amendment applications, dated February 6, 2018, received by the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), from Framatome Inc.
The purpose of these amendments is to:
XSNM3551/03 - change the licensee name from AREVA Inc. to Framatome Inc.
XSNM3697/02 - change the licensee name from AREVA Inc. to Framatome Inc., and change the name of the intermediate consignee in France from FBFC Romans to Framatome SAS.
XSNM3747/03 - change the licensee name from AREVA Inc. to Framatome Inc.
XSNM3780/01 - change the licensee name from AREVA Inc. to Framatome Inc.
XSNM3782/01 - change the licensee name from AREVA Inc. to Framatome Inc.
XCOM1202/02 - change the licensee name from AREVA Inc. to Framatome Inc.
There are no changes to the terms and conditions of the existing licenses being requested.
Therefore, our office is processing these as minor amendments, and if no comments are received from the public within the 30-day comment period and it is determined that applicable legal requirements are satisfied, the NRC will issue the licenses.
