These conditions were identified during the NRC Service Water System Operational Performance Inspection .. Pursuant to the responses directed by that Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty, a check payable to the Treasur~r of the United States tn the amount of the $50,000 is attached. A reply to the Notice of Violation will be submitted by June 5, 1994.
