David W. Rogers Plant Safety and Licensing Director SPECIAL REPORT ON INSERVICE INSPECTION OF STEAM GENERATOR TUBES Palisades Technical Specification 4.14.6b requires that within 12 months following the completion of the steam generator tube inservice inspection, a Special Report be submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
The inservice inspection was completed on July 3, 1993.
The special report is provided as the attachment to this letter.
Our letter dated July 19, 1993 reported that we had plugged one tube as a result of our inspection.
