Palisades Nuclear Plant: 27780 Blue Star Memorial Highway, Covert, Ml 49043 February 2, 1994 Nuclear Regulatory Commission Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE REQUEST - OVERPRESSURE PROTECTION - REVISED PAGES.
Enclosed is a set of revised pages for our June 25, 1993 proposed Technical Specifications which address GL 90-06 model Technical Specifications, as discussed between Tony Hsia, of the NRC staff~ and Barry Young, of the Palisades staff. These revised pages make only minor editorial improvements and corrections which were suggested by Mr. Hsia.
In order to allow the necessary procedure revision and operator training to be accomplished, it is requested that this change become effective no sooner than 60 days after approval.
The changes proposed in this letter do not alter the conclusions of the No Significant Hazards Analysis contained in our April 15, 1992 letter on this subject. A copy of this letter has been sent to the State of Michigan.
