REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT On September 14, 1993, the NRG administered a requalification written retake examination to one reactor operator at your Palisades Nuclear Plant. At the conclusion of the examinations, any generic findings that evolved as a result of th~ examination were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
In accordance with the criteria of NUREG~I021, ES-601, a m1n1mum of 12 licensed operators must be evaluated to conduct a program evaluation and therefore, a program evaluation was not conducted.
In atcordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of th~-_Commission's regulations, a copy of*
this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
