On March 20i 1990 9 the NRC issued Generic Letter (GL) 90-03 11 Relaxation of Staff Position in Generic Letter 83-28, Item 2.2 Part 2 'Vendor Interface for Safety-Re 1 ated Components. 111 The GL requested that a 11 1 i censees and applicants review their present vendor interface programs and modify them as necessary using thE* guidance suppl*ied in the GL.
By 1e:tter dated September 28 9 1990, you responded to Generic Letter 90-03 and indicated that the Palisades vendor interface programs have been reviewed.
Your review confirmed that the elements and expectations established in Generic.
Letter 90-03 have been addressed at Palisades 9 and no further actions have been identified. The staff has reviewed your response and finds it acceptable.
This action closes TAC No. 76269.
